What our guests says about facilities

Tonaoi Grand Hotel offers amenities for your comfortable stay and unforgettable experiences

Spacious and Clean

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room at Tonaoi Grand Hotel. The king-size bed allowed plenty of room to move around, and I loved having a balcony. The air conditioning was a good relief in the hot weather. Although the bathroom had a few quirks, it was generally clean and acceptable. Overall, the comfort of the room made my stay enjoyable.

Functional Yet Quirky

The bathroom in my room was functional and had good water pressure, which I appreciated. However, the design had some quirks; for instance, the shower head was a bit old and could use replacing. There were also some interesting differences in toilet designs across the rooms, which I found surprising. Despite these minor details, it served its purpose well.

Refreshing Pool Experience

The swimming pool at the Tonaoi Grand Hotel was a lovely feature. It was well-maintained and clean, just the right size for a relaxing dip after a day of exploring. Although the water was a bit cold during the evening, I still enjoyed the experience, especially since there were few people around.

Delicious Breakfast Options

The breakfast provided was quite good, offering a nice selection of Thai and continental choices. While I felt the variety could have been better, I still enjoyed the quality of the food. The shrimp porridge was particularly delicious. It was a great way to start my day, fueling me for my adventures in Hat Yai.
